Scientific Miracles in the human body - "Verily We created Man from a drop of mingled sperm" Al-Insan, Ayat 2

Allah says: "Verily We created Man from a drop of mingled sperm" Al-Insan, Ayat 2
All interpreters, without exception, say that the mingled sperm is the result of the water of man and woman and that it is a mixture of the tow sexes. Before the discovery of the microscope and after the descent of Quran more than ten centuries earlier, no one knew that the formation of the embryo is from a fertilized egg, a "sperm" which is a very small water droplet with mixtures containing the genes of the parents we now call chromosomes.
The Almighty says:"O mankind! We created You from a single (pair) of a male and a female" Surat Al-Hujurat, Ayat 13. "Allah in this verse shows that He created mankind from male and female .. Some people of the early times thought that the embryo comes only from the water of the man, and brought up in the womb and is derives the blood that is in it .. But the truth is that the creation is from the water of men and women as this verse shows; it is a text which is not likely interpreted" said Al-Qurtubi (ch:16 p:342/34
